The Quechee Club is located in the heart of Quechee, Vermont.  The Club is home to two 18-hole championship golf courses, a ski hill, excellent recreational facilities and outstanding dining facilities.  With professional staff and exclusive members, the private Quechee Club offers a team-oriented environment and the chance to work at one of the finest country clubs in the United States.

We offer all of our employees the use of the Club's amenities and facilities including a fitness center, indoor and outdoor pools, golf, tennis, walking and XC ski trails, ski hill, a 50-acre man-made lake with beach access and boat rentals, plus meal discounts.

Grounds  Maintenance

Seasonal Golf Maintenance Technicians-FULL TIME

If you love the outdoors, enjoy your summer afternoons off and want to work in a fun and rewarding team environment, then this is the job for you!

There are full-time seasonal Golf Course & Groundskeeper positions available for a spring start in the maintenance department of our two championship courses. These positions are 40+ hours/week, April-November, with hours generally 6:00AM–2:30PM during the week, along with a rotating weekend morning schedule.

There are also some Part-Time seasonal positions available with flexible schedules for those looking for just part time work.

A strong work ethic and some previous landscape type experience is preferred, but not required. We offer a very competitive pay rate, along with a great place to work, free use of the golf courses, health club & other recreational facilities, employee food discounts & more!

Summer Seasonal Commonland Laborer-FULL TIME

If you love the outdoors, don’t mind getting up early and want to work in a fun and rewarding team environment, then this is the job for you!

There are full-time seasonal Laborer & Groundskeeper positions working in the Commonland and landscaped areas of The Quechee Club including work on trails and expansion projects. The positions are available for a summer start in the commonland department. These positions are 40+ hours/week, April-October, with hours generally 6:00AM–2:30PM during the week, with some weekends and holidays required.

A strong work ethic and some previous landscape type experience is preferred. Minimum 17 years of age with valid driver’s license. We offer a very competitive pay rate, along with a great place to work, free use of the golf course & club facilities, employee food discounts & more!

Golf/Ski Equipment Mechanic-Year Round, Full Time

The Quechee Club is seeking a full-time year-round Ski & Golf mechanic to join our equipment maintenance team. This position will focus on the maintenance of our Ski Lifts and related equipment during the winter. Summer work consists of off-season ski equipment maintenance along with helping with the maintenance and repair of golf course maintenance equipment.

Qualified candidates preferably would have some ski area lifts & equipment maintenance experience along with a working knowledge of gasoline & diesel equipment and hydraulic & electrical systems. Metal fabrication & welding experience are both a plus, as well as possessing at least some of your own tools.

This is a full-time benefit eligible position and is perfect for a current apprentice ski mechanic who wants to broaden their horizons and acquire some golf course equipment maintenance experience. A competitive pay and benefits package will be offered and the position is available immediately.

Fitness and Aquatics and Recreation


Full- and Part-Time Lifeguard positions available for pools (indoor and outdoor) and Lake Pinneo. Enforces aquatic regulations, responds to emergency situations, and participates in training.

Looking for candidates who have First Aid, CPR/AED certifications, Lifeguard Certification. We are willing to train the right candidates!

This is a non-exempt, seasonal position from May through September. Must be available to work varied hours including weekends and holidays.

Restaurant Manager 

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for delivering a professional atmosphere or stellar service and cuisine handling our Dewey's Deck and Outlets for members and guests through effective management.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

Provides quality leadership and a positive upbeat image.
Leads with a passion to know Members, what they want and provides the finest private club services.
Provides daily hands-on leadership with an emphasis on Members and dining.
Provides comprehensive, creative leadership.
Brings forth an "out of the box" thinking mentality to engage, encourage and develop talent.
Ensures consistent use of safe work practices by all service staff.
Ensures that each club member and guest is satisfied with products and services.
Attends and actively participates in food and beverage meetings.

The ideal candidate will have a proven and stable career of food and beverage excellence. Will possess sound leadership practices, solid interpersonal skills, efficient and organized and a proven team leader and builder who is able to forge strong relationships.

Ability to work and supervise multiple staff members in a variety of environments.
Strong knowledge of social etiquette.
Organization and attention to detail.

Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Bartenders-Part Time

Are you looking for a few extra hours of work a week? Do you need just a part time position? Do you possess a passion for hospitality and love to talk with people? We are looking for a couple of Bartenders to provide stellar service to our members and guests who are professional, courteous and friendly!

Our Bartenders prepare and serve beverages to members and guests according to established
recipes and in adherence with State of Vermont and Club regulations. This is a part time position.

Maintenance and Facilities


Seeking hardworking and enthusiastic individual to join our Housekeeping staff. Individual will be responsible for assuring the facilities and amenities are in a clean and presentable state that reflects the standards of The Club. Must have knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, use of equipment, proper chemical handling, and good interpersonal and customer service skills. Prefer 2 years of housekeeping experience. Valid driver's license required.

Position Open

Full Time, evenings-40 hours-2pm-10:30pm Friday, Sat, Sun, Mon and Tues.
Part-Time Days-10am to 5pm-Monday through Friday
Seasonal-20-25 hrs week-Friday, Sat, Sun and Mon
