WELCOME TO THE 32nd ANNUAL CHAD CLASSIC & GALA!
TWO GREAT EVENTS, ONE GREAT CAUSE!
Quechee Lakes Landowners Association (Q.L.L.A.) Charities is proud to sponsor the CHaD Classic and Gala. The proceeds from these events benefit the Children’s Hospital at Dartmouth-Hitchcock (CHaD) which is a “children’s hospital within a hospital” located at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center. Q.L.L.A. Charities has made a long-term commitment to support CHaD and its efforts to treat the ill and injured children of northern New England. Over the years, the $2.1 million raised by this event has helped fund many projects that provide the best possible environment for children to heal and recover. Please help us continue this important work by participating in this year's CHaD Classic and Gala.

SWING INTO ACTION TO PROTECT OUR KIDS
Every child needs a friend, especially when they are innocent victims of child maltreatment. QLLA Charities is one of the friends these kids can rely on. For 32 years QLLA Charities has teamed up with the generous players and sponsors of the annual CHaD Classic Golf Tournament to support the kids at CHaD, the Children’s Hospital at Dartmouth-Hitchcock. 12 years ago, we added the CHaD Gala to offer 2 great events supporting one great cause. Proceeds from the CHaD Classic, combined with proceeds from the CHaD Gala, will support CHaD’s Child Advocacy and Protection Program, CAPP. CAPP is a multidisciplinary program created to help evaluate and manage child maltreatment in both the outpatient and inpatient setting. This includes consultations for physical and sexual abuse, and medical neglect. CAPP personnel work closely with protective services, law enforcement, schools, social agencies, and referring providers. CAPP also offers ongoing medical education for providers as well as training for other professionals regarding all aspects of child maltreatment and prevention of maltreatment.
A significant amount of the care provided by CAPP is not reimbursable through insurance. Therefore, to care for the most vulnerable of our patients, CAPP relies on fundraising dollars for operating expenses and to support an endowment which will ensure the program’s existence long-term. QLLA’s CHaD Classic has generously funded both of these needs in recent years. Your support will help CHaD continue to serve these patients regardless of their family’s ability to pay. We are grateful for your support of this exceptional and necessary program, and look forward to seeing you at the CHaD Classic and Gala. Thank you!
